Community Involvement

Weaver is proud of our long-standing commitment to social responsibility and community involvement. Serving our communities is core to our integrated culture, which is why we established the Weaver Private Foundation. The Private Foundation is a board-led group of individuals with a mission to create a relationship between our employees and the communities in which we work and live.  Our goal is to serve our local communities, create lasting community impact, and enhance our company culture by giving our employees an outlet and resources to serve the organizations they are passionate about.

Fostering that mission of local outreach and connection, the Foundation is supported by a network of community engagement champions in each office who serve as advocates to help guide and coordinate local service events that directly impact their community.

There are many opportunities for Weaver team members to give back, from philanthropic and civic activities such as walk-a-thons, toy drives, and physical volunteering, to semi-annual Foundation giving on behalf of employees to organizations that matter most to them. The Private Foundation distributes larger scale annual giving as well to support high-impact causes that are impacting the community. Past examples range from Hurricane Harvey relief support to COVID-19 community assistance.
