Arwa Hussain brings more than a decade of experience advising clients through complex transactions, with a strong background in financial due diligence across the M&A lifecycle. Arwa leads buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across the technology, manufacturing and distribution and e-commerce sectors. She delivers insights on quality of earnings, working capital and purchase price considerations, helping clients successfully navigate transactions and achieve meaningful outcomes. She also works closely with private equity firms, corporate clients and investment banks to support transaction execution and strengthen client relationships.

Arwa is a certified public accountant (CPA) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in finance and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
