Chad Bell

Chad Bell, ASA, brings a decade of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory and ESOP consulting. He has an extensive background in advising trustees and shareholders across the full ESOP lifecycle, including annual valuations, buy and sell-side ESOP transactions, fairness opinions and litigation support. His ESOP transaction advisory capabilities include buy-side valuation and financial guidance for ESOP trustees, and on the sell-side, advising business owners through the formation of an ESOP and quarterbacking transactions.

Chad is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) in business valuation and is actively involved in the ESOP community, including national and local participation with The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. He also frequently speaks at national ESOP conferences on valuation and transaction topics. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in finance with an emphasis in asset management from Brigham Young University.
