Chris Boyd

Chris Boyd, CPA, has over 11 years of experience in public accounting. His primary focus is on manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses, transportation and logistics companies and professional service providers. He has extensive experience with both closely held companies and private-equity backed portfolio companies. Chris develops and maintains excellent working relationships with clients based on trust, fostered by open, honest communication and his ability to distill complex rules in a concise, understandable way. As a Director, Chris is responsible for directing the activities of the audit team, supervising and reviewing their work, and maintaining excellent client service in all phases of the engagement, including preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Baylor University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
