Dan Brumwell

Dan Brumwell, CPA, has more than ten years of financial accounting experience, including a background working for Big Four firms and over seven years of direct experience in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services, with deal sizes ranging from $1 million EBITDA to $50 million EBITDA. He serves a wide array of clients in various industries including, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, construction and technology.

Dan works closely with private equity groups, investment banks, business owners and CFOs, to lead, coordinate, and manages the entire financial due diligence process. He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, industry roll-ups, divestitures, working capital analyses and post-merger integration. Dan also assists with net working capital and earn-out dispute and resolution.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University.
