Dan Brumwell

Dan Brumwell, CPA, has more than 10 years of financial accounting experience, including a background working for Big Four firms and over eight years of direct experience in buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition (M&A) transaction advisory services, with deal sizes ranging from $1 million EBITDA to $50 million+ EBITDA. He serves a wide array of clients in various industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, construction and technology, with a particular focus on sales as a service (SaaS).

Dan works closely with private equity groups, investment banks, business owners and CFOs to lead, coordinate and manage the entire financial due diligence process. He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, industry roll-ups, divestitures, net working capital analyses and post-merger integration projects. Dan also assists with net working capital and earn-out dispute and resolutions.

Dan is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brigham Young University.
