Danielle Darley

Danielle Darley, CPA, has over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing assurance services to alternative investment funds, securities broker-dealers and lending companies. She has led financial audits for management companies, broker-dealers, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, fund of funds, and lending companies. She has extensive experience reading, interpreting and identifying the relevant accounting implications of complex agreements, as well as a deep understanding of valuation methodology.

Danielle is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Alternative Investments Association and 100 Women in Finance. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and the University of Texas at Dallas with a master’s degree in Accounting.
