Emily McKee

Emily McKee, CFE, has over nine years of experience investigating alleged breaches of law and corporate policy, including financial misrepresentation, breach of duty and/or contract, conflicts of interest, harassment and discrimination. She engages in proactive compliance management, including third-party due diligence, whistleblower hotline management and trend analysis, compliance policy implementation and compliance training.

Emily has experience with international bribery and corruption investigations, including transaction tracing and financial analysis for allegations of bribery of foreign government officials. She provides litigation support and reviews business interruption and lost profit claims. Emily leads investigation teams, maintains communication with clients and counsel, and monitors quality on forensic investigations of all sizes.

Emily is a certified fraud examiner (CFE) and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). She earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
