Eric Forkner

Eric Forkner, CPA, has more than 30 years of experience providing audit, financial reporting and compliance services to organizations in the higher education, health care, foundation and public sector industries. He began his public accounting career at Weaver and also brings 27 years of Big Four firm experience.

He works with public and private colleges and universities, health care providers and payors, foundations and state and local government organizations, assisting with financial reporting, internal controls, risk management and uniform guidance compliance.

Eric has led large, multifaceted audit engagements, provided technical accounting guidance and advised executive leadership teams and governing boards on complex accounting and reporting matters. He also has extensive experience developing audit professionals and leading training initiatives focused on audit and compliance topics.

Eric is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
