Greg Dean

Greg Dean, CPA, has more than 15 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to private companies, with a primary focus on the energy sector and private equity-backed businesses. His experience includes upstream oil and gas, midstream, oilfield services and energy-related manufacturing.

He works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle, including transaction execution, post-acquisition integration and ongoing financial reporting. Greg has significant experience with business combinations, asset acquisitions and divestitures and complex investment structures, including those accounted for under the equity method and consolidation, including VIEs.

Greg is experienced in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS and leads engagements in accordance with AICPA and PCAOB standards and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS). He is focused on delivering high-quality audits and practical insights that support informed decision-making for management teams and sponsors.
