Justin Gibert

Justin Gibert, CIA, LCFSV, MRRS, OCFV, has more than nine years of experience in federal and state fuels compliance. At Weaver, he is an internal and external resource for inquiries surrounding federal EPA, California, and Oregon state regulations regarding transportation fuels compliance, including both petroleum and renewable fuels. These primarily include annual EPA attestation services, quarterly Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) reviews, and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) annual transaction report and project report verifications.

Justin is a Certified Internal Auditor and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
