Kaci Howell

Kaci Howell, CPA, ABV, CVA, has 13 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private clients in a variety of industries. Kaci has performed valuations of business entities for financial reporting compliance, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, marital dissolution purposes and other litigation matters. She has demonstrated a focus on fair value, performing analysis and reviews related to goodwill impairment, long-lived asset impairment, purchase price allocations, options and other derivatives, and investments held by private equity funds. She has served many industries, including oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, technology and distribution.

Kaci is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Kaci earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
