Kevin Kozlowski

Kevin R. Kozlowski, CFE, has over ten years of experience assisting clients with the analysis and evaluation of the financial and accounting aspects of litigation and investigative matters. He has been designated as an expert witness in various cases involving personal injury, employment and commercial disputes. Kevin has authored multiple thought leadership pieces related to economic damages and personal injury disputes.

Kevin has experience with engagements in various areas, including personal injury and wrongful death claims, employment disputes, commercial disputes, construction disputes, investigations and family law matters, among others. He develops and analyzes economic damages models and analyzes complex data sets resulting from allegations of breach of contract, wrongful termination, financial misrepresentation, fraud, employee misconduct, breach of fiduciary duty, misuse of corporate funds, theft of trade secrets and trademark infringement, among others. Kevin is experienced in quantifying and rebutting economic damages claims including lost earnings, lost earning capacity, lost household services, lost profits, disgorgement, fraudulent transfer and solvency. He also regularly performs present value calculations of future medical costs presented in life care plans. Kevin’s experience varies across a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, energy, oil and gas, maritime, health care, public service, law enforcement, education, real estate, financial services, banking, insurance, sports and entertainment, retail, wholesale, and agriculture, among others.

Kevin graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He is currently a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and a member of the National Association of Forensic Economics. Kevin is recognized as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
