Michael Bell

Michael Bell, PE, has more than a decade of experience in the petroleum and renewable fuel industries. His experience includes process engineering design of crude oil processing and gas treating facilities, third-party Engineering Reviews, Quality Assurance Plans, and strategic regulatory consulting for renewable fuel clients. He is an accredited Lead Verifier under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and under Oregon’s Clean Fuels Program.

Michael is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and has earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering with a minor in chemistry from Texas A&M University.
