Michael Gargiulo

Michael Gargiulo, CPA, has nearly 20 years of experience serving clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, mortgage lending and investing, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality and professional services. His background includes advising both domestic and multinational organizations on tax planning, compliance and audit representation, as well as providing support on mergers and acquisitions and inbound U.S. tax matters. He focuses on serving commercial clients across federal and state tax compliance, tax planning and tax provisions. Throughout his career, Michael has led tax consulting, compliance and controversy engagements while playing a key role in client development and firm growth.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in taxation from Pace University. He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the New York and New Jersey Societies of CPAs.
