Peter Lee

Peter Lee, CPA, CGMA, has more than 20 years of experience advising clients and serving emerging, middle and large market companies. Prior to joining Weaver, Peter co-founded PJ LLP, where he provided client accounting services to his clients. Peter’s current career focus is technology-enabled companies in the e-commerce, consumer and industrial products, transportation and logistics, and professional services, with extensive experience in advising on various accounting and operational matters, funding, securing credit, and investor relations. He has assisted clients with analyzing emerging industry trends and accounting for complex accounting issues. Peter also works with private companies at every stage of the journey in going public.

Peter is a certified public accountant in California and a chartered global management accountant (CGMA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and a former board member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), Los Angeles and former member of the AICPA Technical Issues Committee to PCC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from California State University – Long Beach.
