Rohaan Aamir

Rohaan Aamir has ten years of experience in financial services, working in the Transaction Services department at a Big Four firm in the United States and internationally. His knowledge ranges from financial due diligence to forecasting and budgeting, valuations, financial modelling and financial feasibility studies.

He serves as Director in Weaver’s Transaction Advisory Services group where he performs financial due diligence. In this role, he conducts complex analysis of historical performance to perform quality of earnings analysis, net debt and asset adjustments, working capital considerations, and also identifies potential risk and liabilities. Rohaan has performed buy-side and sell-side investment analysis for high net-worth individuals, top tier investors, private equity houses, IPOs and family businesses with transaction size ranging from $25 million to over $500 million. His industry focus spans across the manufacturing, distribution & retail, real estate, transportation & logistics, power, oil and gas, petrochemicals, SAAS and health care sectors, amongst others.

Rohaan earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in business from Carleton University in Canada.
