Shabbir Hassanli, CPA, CISA, CITP, CCSFP, brings more than 15 years of experience helping organizations strengthen control environments, manage risk and build scalable compliance programs that support growth and stakeholder confidence. He works closely with executive leadership teams to align governance, risk and compliance efforts with broader business objectives, advising organizations ranging from high growth companies to large, accelerated filers on governance, controls and risk management across financial, operational and technology environments.

Throughout his career, Shabbir has built and scaled governance, risk and compliance offerings while leading complex engagements and national and global initiatives focused on quality, consistency and delivery. He has led national third-party assurance and IT risk assurance offerings, including internal controls and compliance assessments, SOC reporting, HITRUST and third‑party risk management.

Shabbir is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Additionally, he holds credentials as a certified information systems auditor (CISA), certified information technology professional (CITP) and HITRUST certified CSF practitioner (CCSFP).
