Vache Ohanessian

Vache Ohanessian, CPA, has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. He focuses on audits for financial services clients and has professional experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fund of funds and real estate. Prior to joining Weaver, Vache served as a director of finance at an outsourced CFO firm working primarily with hedge funds, private equity funds, venture funds and family office groups. In addition, he spent over five years at Western Asset Management, a multi billion fixed-income manager, in their private funds group. Vache oversaw more than 50 funds including hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity funds focused on credit products. He started his career at Rothstein Kass, subsequently acquired by a Big Four firm, in their audit financial services practice.

Vache is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Association of Certified Public Accounts (CalCPA). He holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in accountancy and finance from California State University, Northridge.
