Vardeep Mann

Vardeep Mann, CPA, brings over a decade of experience in public accounting, including a nine-year tenure at a Big Four firm. He has extensive experience and knowledge in servicing alternative investment funds. Vardeep specializes in providing tax compliance, consulting, deal structuring, and foreign reporting analysis for alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, fund of funds and distressed debt funds. He has managed all aspects of tax matters for some of the world’s largest asset management firms.

Vardeep is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
