Vibhor Kangungo brings more than 13 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, primarily within the energy and utilities sector. He has led large, cross-functional teams delivering cloud migration, application modernization and managed services solutions for utility clients. He has also managed portfolios generating up to $30 million in annual revenue, partnered closely with executive-level stakeholders and driven measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost optimization. His work has included architecting large-scale Azure and AWS migrations, implementing ServiceNow platforms and leading the deployment of generative AI solutions to enhance service delivery and decision-making.

Throughout his career, he has developed deep experience in cloud infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, complex program delivery and aligning technology initiatives with broader business objectives. This experience includes managing end-to-end application services for wholesale utility clients, leading global delivery teams and strengthening operational resilience through ITIL-based service management.

Vibhor holds multiple certifications, including Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals and Google Cloud Generative AI Leader. Vibhor earned a Master of Science in management information systems from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York and a Bachelor of Engineering in electronics and communication from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) in Madhya Pradesh, India.
