Brittany George Elected President of the ISACA North Texas Chapter

Brittany George, CISA, QSA, is the newly elected president of the ISACA North Texas chapter. She is a senior manager in IT advisory services in the Dallas office of Weaver, the largest independent accounting firm in the Southwest with nine offices across the United States.

A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), George has more than 12 years of experience in IT auditing and consulting services. She focuses on security assessments and consulting services, as well as payment card industry (PCI) assessments, IT internal audit and service organization controls (SOC) reporting. She also conducts Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) attestation and compliance audits and manages some of Weaver’s most significant IT controls engagements with concentration on information security for numerous industries. She joined Weaver in 2008 following a time at KPMG in the information technology advisory practice. Prior to that, she was with TXU/Capgemini Energy in the IT department.
