Weaver Adds Corporate Tax Leadership in Southern California with Tessa O’Keefe, Partner

HOUSTON (March 19, 2026) — Weaver, a national accounting and advisory firm, has added Tessa O’Keefe, CPA, as a partner in its Tax practice. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate taxation and financial reporting, O’Keefe will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the Los Angeles market.

O’Keefe most recently served as a corporate tax partner at a national public accounting firm where she helped build and expand its California tax practice. Prior to that role, she spent nearly two decades with a large accounting firm, leading complex tax provision engagements for public and private companies across a range of industries. Her experience includes quarterly and annual tax provisions, global compliance oversight, transaction-related tax matters and advising companies navigating evolving regulatory requirements.

Throughout her career, O’Keefe has supported clients through fast-paced reporting cycles and evolving tax regulations while mentoring professionals and building collaborative teams. She has also been active in recruiting and talent development initiatives, reflecting her commitment to growing the next generation of tax leaders.

O’Keefe received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Roger Williams University and is a licensed CPA in California. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
