Weaver Appoints Cody Quimby as Tax Partner to Support Continued Growth in Oklahoma City Market

HOUSTON (March 23, 2026) — National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, has appointed Cody Quimby, CPA, as a new tax partner in Oklahoma City. Quimby has more than a decade of experience in corporate and partnership taxation, enhancing the depth of the firm’s Tax practice.
Quimby most recently served in a senior role within the Big Four supporting the firm’s business tax services. He advised public corporations and private equity-backed enterprises on complex tax matters at both the entity and ownership levels. His experience includes corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 income tax provisions, partnership and joint venture structuring and advising clients on federal and state tax matters. Quimby has also worked with clients through transactional events and evolving regulatory requirements.

Quimby received both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Oklahoma. He is a licensed CPA in Oklahoma and Texas and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
