Weaver Appoints Srinivasan Hariharan Partner‑in‑Charge of India Operations

HOUSTON (May 14, 2026) — Weaver, a national accounting and advisory firm, has appointed Srinivasan (Srini) Hariharan as partner‑in‑charge of its India operations. Hariharan will lead the continued growth and integration of Weaver’s presence in India, with a focus on scaling the firm’s Global Capability Center (GCC) as an extension of its audit, tax and advisory services.
For nearly five years, Weaver has invested in building its GCC in India, expanding talent, infrastructure and leadership to support the firm’s growth. Today, Weaver India includes more than 225 professionals across five locations, with continued growth expected. Hariharan will work closely with national practice leaders and India leadership to further integrate and scale operations, supporting quality, utilization and service delivery across the firm.
Hariharan has spent his career of more than 25 years building global teams and leading large‑scale transformation initiatives for professional services organizations across North America, the Middle East and the Asia‑Pacific region. He brings a deep understanding of Weaver’s India strategy, having supported the early-stage development of the firm’s offshore operations in a consulting capacity. During that time, he helped build and scale a team of approximately 150 professionals and worked closely with leadership on talent, processes and operational strategy. His experience also includes collaboration on Weaver’s software development initiatives, including FuelRules®.
“Srini’s leadership and familiarity with our India operations make him well positioned to guide this next phase of growth,” said David Rook, partner and chief operating officer. “His experience scaling teams and aligning global operations strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality service across markets.”
“Srini understands both our long‑term vision and the practical considerations involved in growing and integrating global teams,” said John Mackel, chief executive officer and managing partner. “His leadership will play an important role as we continue to expand our India operations as a core part of how we serve clients.”
Hariharan will lead efforts to further integrate Weaver’s India‑based teams with the firm’s U.S. practices, supporting collaboration across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Kochi and Chennai.
