Weaver Broadens Consulting Capabilities with Commodity Trading Consulting Services Led by Randy Wilson, Partner
HOUSTON (January 25, 2024) – National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, welcomes Randy Wilson as partner, Commodity Trading Consulting Services. In this role, Randy will lead Weaver’s new service offering that delivers a focused set of consulting services covering energy marketing, trading and hedging requirements.
Weaver’s Commodity Trading Consulting Services extends to hedge program design and assessment, trading compliance and regulatory health checks, energy transition and decarbonization, and the integration of emerging technologies.
Randy has more than 30 years of industry experience spanning roles in two Big Four firms while located in North America and Europe. His background within the energy and utilities industries includes commodity trading, digital transformation, climate strategy and the commercialization of grid-edge technologies. Randy’s background includes work with many of the largest commodity trading organizations and he offers a strong track record of working closely with boards and executive leadership teams to advance cutting-edge technologies and optimize commercial and risk management strategies.
