Weaver Expands New York Presence in Midtown Manhattan

HOUSTON (November 3, 2025) – National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, has expanded its New York City office at One Pennsylvania Plaza to fully occupy the 28th floor, supporting team growth and deepening its presence in one of the world’s largest financial centers.
“Expanding our New York City office reflects the momentum we’ve built and our investment in our future,” said Brandon Cooperman, executive partner in Weaver’s New York office. “This space allows for enhanced collaboration across teams and better support for our clients’ needs in one of the world’s leading financial centers.”
The One Penn building offers direct access to Penn Station and is surrounded by premier amenities, including restaurants, retail and wellness spaces. Alongside these amenities, the office floor spans 36,454 square feet and offers dynamic workspaces for its team, consistent with the firm’s offices in other major cities.
“This expansion reflects our commitment to creating a collaborative, people-centric environment,” said John Mackel, CEO and managing partner. “We’ve built a space that fosters innovation and supports our people as they continue to deliver exceptional service.”
Weaver worked with Spin Design, Inc. and Corgan for the office design, while Clune Construction managed the build out. Citadel Partners, LLC, represented Weaver in the lease transaction. Visit our New York location to learn more.
