Weaver Introduces Financial Advisory Services Practice Group

HOUSTON (October 6, 2025) — National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, is pleased to launch its Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. Integrating four of Weaver’s established service areas — forensics and litigation services (FLS), transaction advisory services (TAS), accounting advisory services (AAS) and valuation (VAL) — into a unified group, the new practice group demonstrates the firm’s commitment to addressing the complex financial advisory needs of the market. The combined group will offer comprehensive support to help clients navigate critical challenges and opportunities through integrated solutions and deeper collaboration.

Jared Jordan, FAS partner-in-charge, will lead the newly formed practice, working closely with Brian Reed, Chad Valentine and Curt Germany who will continue to lead transaction advisory services, accounting advisory services and valuation, respectively. Together the team will focus on market strategy and business development, while working closely with clients to help them achieve complex business objectives.
