Weaver Opens New Office in The Woodlands, Texas, Expanding Reach in Greater Houston Area

HOUSTON (December 7, 2023) – Weaver, a national accounting and advisory firm, moved into its new office in The Woodlands, Texas, in early December 2023. From the new location in Ones Hughes Landing at 1800 Hughes Landing Blvd., Suite 400, Weaver will serve a broad range of clients in the energy, public sector, manufacturing and distribution, health care, real estate and technology industries, as well as provide private client and family office services.

Wade Watson, partner-in-charge of Energy Compliance Services, has assumed the role of executive partner for The Woodlands office. He will be joined by several partners and team members from Weaver’s former Conroe location, as well as multiple employees from the Houston office who are transferring to this new location.

Positioned on Lake Woodlands with direct access to many amenities including hiking and bike trails, the office boasts 11,000 square feet of space to house Weaver’s teams, and the open design leverages technology to complement purpose-driven teamwork and collaboration that is both in-person and hybrid. The firm worked with architecture firm, Corgan, to design the office interior, general contractor, Endurance Builders, to complete the construction and Gauge Real Estate Partners as the project manager for renovations. Citadel Partners represented Weaver in the lease transaction.
