Meet Our 2019 Core Values Award Winners

A key piece of our core values refresh initiative in 2018 was updating our recognition program to better acknowledge Weaver team members who truly exemplify our core values. We refined the nomination process to ensure we had a more organic representation of which employees were truly living our core values, day in and day out and, in effort to really elevate the program as a whole, we ultimately decided to narrow down the recipients to only four winners firm wide, one from each of our service lines: tax, advisory, assurance and operations.

We were excited to continue the tradition this year at our State of the Firm meeting, where we presented our second annual Core Values and Tidwell Awards to four of our employees. These four winners were nominated by their managers and peers throughout the year, and hand selected by our culture committee and firm leadership to receive these awards.
