Obligated Parties Purchasing Cellulosic Waiver Credits by Check

We have been advised by the EPA that the address for sending in Cellulosic Waiver Credit (CWC) payments by check has changed. If you use the old address shown on the CWC purchase form instructions, your payment will be returned to you. Please use the new address below for all future payments:

The EPA has not indicated when the CWC form will be revised to reflect the new address.
