Please note the following important announcements and approaching deadlines:

• November 30, 2016: Deadline for the EPA to finalize the 2017 RVOs and 2018 Biomass-based diesel RVO
• December 1, 2016:
  • Submission of 2014 annual RFS attestation reports for Obligated Parties
  • Submission of 2015 annual RFS compliance reports for Obligated Parties
  • Submission of Q3 2016 RFS quarterly reports, as applicable
• January 17, 2017: Submission of comments on the Renewable Enhancement and Growth Strategy Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
• January 31, 2017: Submission of three year Engineering Review updates for renewable fuel producers originally registered in 2011 or 2014
• March 1, 2017: Submission of 2015 annual RFS attestation reports for Obligated Parties
