Robert Whearty, CPA, has more than 12 years of industry and technical experience in public accounting. His clients and industry exerience include private and small business, private equity, venture capital, hospitality, real estate, high-net-worth individuals, professional service firms and their owners, members and families. He provides numerous tax services, including assisting business clients with tax planning, structuring, entity selection, succession planning, buy/sell agreements, qualified plan/IRA options, distributions, merger and acquisitions and charitable planning. In addition, Rob assists with income and estate/gift tax planning and taxation of investments. As needed, he provides client with IRS representation as well. A certified public accountant (CPA) in both New York and Texas, Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). He graduated with a Master of Science in accounting from Hofstra University and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Quinnipiac University.
