Logan Woods, CPA, ABV, CFE, has a strong foundation in forensic accounting and business valuation, with a focus on valuation disputes, commercial litigation and economic damages. He provides strategic support to clients and attorneys across a range of complex financial matters, including shareholder disputes, family law matters, insurance claims and regulatory compliance. Logan is skilled in developing and analyzing damage models to quantify the financial impact of events such as breach of contract, business interruption and lost profits. He has extensive experience in both calculating and rebutting economic damages claims, and is known for translating financial data into clear narratives for legal audiences.

His forensic accounting work includes conducting investigations into financial irregularities and supporting compliance efforts through fraud risk assessments and internal control evaluations. Logan graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and from Texas Christian University with a Master of Accounting concentrated in valuation and financial reporting. Logan is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in New York, Louisiana and Texas. Additionally, Logan is accredited in business valuation (ABV) and a certified fraud examiner (CFE).
