Rawan Sakatan

Rawan Sakatan, CPA, has over 12 years of experience in public accounting. She has an extensive background providing assurance services to a variety of industries, including energy companies with primary emphasis in midstream and renewable energy, manufacturing and distribution, consumer products with a focus on beauty and wellness brands, technology and employee benefit plans. She also manages single audits that meet the requirements of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) single audit requirements.

Rawan plays an active role in learning and development initiatives, previously helping oversee firmwide training and instructing staff on audit methodology. She also supports the continued development of Weaver’s audit practice in India. Her diverse, hands‑on approach to client service enables her to deliver high‑quality, comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

A certified public accountant (CPA), Rawan is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW). Rawan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Houston.
