Becky Reeder

Rebekah (Becky) Reeder, CPA has over 15 years of public accounting experience at Weaver, overseeing audits for investment management companies; hedge funds; private equity, real estate and venture capital funds; fund of funds; broker-dealers; finance companies; and manufacturing and distribution companies.

Becky co-leads the strategy and business development initiatives for the alternative investment practice at Weaver and serves as the investment funds audit location leader for the Texas region. She also currently serves as engagement partner for over 35 investment fund clients, ranging in size from single purpose entities under $20 million to complex, multi-entity structures with over $1 billion in assets under management. Becky has a broad range of experience within the financial services industry and a deep understanding of issues related to investment companies.

Becky is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), and the Texas Alternative Investments Association (TAIA). She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Hardin-Simmons University.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, watching Dallas Cowboys football, traveling and spending time with her husband, two kids and their dog, Rylee.
