Today we are proud to celebrate International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. At Weaver, we know that gender parity makes our industry, communities, and organization better for everyone, which is why we are proud of the gender equality we have achieved. Some key statistics pointing to our efforts include:

- Total number of female partners and directors: 37
- Total number of minority ethnicity women across the firm: 177
- Female promotion ratio in 2019: 23%
