Weaver Expands Health Care Advisory Capabilities with Managing Director Jerod Holloway

HOUSTON (April 27, 2026) — Weaver, a national accounting and advisory firm, has appointed Jerod Holloway as a managing director in its Governance, Risk and Compliance practice, strengthening the firm’s health care advisory capabilities and expanding its presence in key markets.
Based in Nashville, Holloway is dedicated to helping health care organizations strengthen oversight structures, manage enterprise risk and enhance internal audit functions. His addition reinforces Weaver’s commitment to the health care industry and enhances the firm’s ability to support current and future clients across audit, tax and advisory services.
Holloway brings more than 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting and regulatory compliance, with a focus on health care organizations and other highly regulated industries. He has worked with health systems, academic medical centers, health plans and government organizations on internal audit, enterprise risk assessments, compliance program evaluations and investigative engagements.

Holloway previously served as a senior director within a national professional services firm’s risk and advisory practice. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions across several global and advisory organizations, advising clients on internal audit strategy, regulatory compliance, fraud investigations and enterprise risk programs.

Holloway holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Oakwood University and maintains several professional certifications, including certified internal auditor (CIA), certified fraud examiner (CFE), certified in healthcare compliance (CHC), certified healthcare internal audit professional (CHIAP) and certified internal controls auditor (CICA).
