Jerod Holloway

Jerod Holloway, CHIAP, CHC, CIA, CFE, CICA, has more than two decades of experience in internal audit, risk consulting and regulatory compliance, with a focus on health care organizations and other complex, highly regulated sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked with health systems, academic medical centers, health plans and government organizations on internal audit functions, enterprise risk assessments, compliance program evaluations and investigative engagements.

He works closely on health care advisory initiatives, helping clients strengthen oversight structures, manage regulatory risk and improve internal audit functions. He has advised organizations on internal audit strategy, regulatory compliance, fraud investigations and enterprise risk programs. His work has also included leading outsourced internal audit functions, conducting compliance program evaluations and supporting health care organizations through billing and coding reviews and other complex regulatory matters.

Jerod maintains several professional certifications, including certified interior auditor (CIA), certified fraud examiner (CFE), certified in healthcare compliance (CHC), certified healthcare internal audit professional (CHIAP) and certified internal controls auditor (CICA). He is an at-large board member of the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA), a member of the Nashville Health Care Council (NHCC), and an executive board member and treasurer of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE). Jerod holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Oakwood University.
