Weaver Strengthens Consulting Practice and Digital Transformation Capabilities with Director Vibhor Kanungo

HOUSTON (April 9, 2026) — Weaver, a national accounting and advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Vibhor Kanungo has joined the firm as a director in its Consulting practice. Based in Dallas, Vibhor brings more than 13 years of experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives within the energy and utilities sector.
Before joining Weaver, Vibhor served as a senior manager at a global consulting firm, where he led large, cross-functional teams delivering cloud migration, application modernization and managed services solutions for utility clients. Working closely with executive-level stakeholders, he drove measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost optimization. He has also architected large-scale Azure and AWS migrations, implementing ServiceNow platforms and leading the deployment of generative AI solutions to enhance service delivery and decision-making.
In leadership roles at a multinational technology and consulting firm, Vibhor managed end‑to‑end application services for wholesale utility clients, led global delivery teams and strengthened operational resilience through ITIL‑based service management. Throughout his career, he has developed deep experience and knowledge in cloud infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, advanced program delivery and has focused on aligning technology initiatives with broader business objectives.

Vibhor holds a master’s degree in management information systems from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from RGPV, India. He also holds multiple certifications, including generative AI certifications from Databricks and Google Cloud.
