Weaver Strengthens ESOP Advisory Capabilities with Director Chad Bell

HOUSTON (July 21, 2026) — National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, is pleased to announce that Chad Bell has joined the firm as a director in its Financial Advisory practice. Based in Post Falls, Idaho, Chad joins the firm’s virtual office and will work closely with the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and valuation services team. He brings a decade of experience in business valuation, transaction advisory and ESOP consulting.

Chad’s background includes advising trustees and shareholders across the full ESOP lifecycle and services such as annual valuations, trustee transaction advisory (buy-side), shareholder transaction advisory (sell-side), fairness opinions and ESOP litigation support. His experience leading and supporting ESOP transactions in several industries will enhance Weaver’s existing ESOP offering and expand the firm’s sell-side transaction advisory capabilities that will include advising business owners through the formation of an ESOP, from strategic planning and education through transaction execution.

Before joining Weaver, Chad served as a senior manager at a national accounting and advisory firm where he played a key role in ESOP advisory services, including executing buy and sell-side transaction efforts and contributing to complex litigation matters. Earlier in his career, he was a senior associate at a global valuation and advisory firm, where he performed complex valuation analyses for financial reporting purposes and worked closely with private equity firms, hedge funds and Fortune 500 companies.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in finance with an emphasis in asset management from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business. He is an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) in business valuation, a member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership and a frequent speaker at national ESOP conferences on valuation and transaction topics.
