Weaver’s Energy Compliance Services Practice Continues to Grow with Addition of Elizabeth Hilbourn as Director

National certified public accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, the 35^th largest public accounting firm in the United States, has added Elizabeth “Beth” Hilbourn, PE, as a director in the Energy Compliance Services practice. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Hilbourn will be responsible for working with clients on compliance and strategic planning related to state and federal fuels regulations.
