SEC Announces Upcoming Regulatory Agenda

On June 11, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission released its annual Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. Notable areas for short and long-term SEC regulatory actions for the coming year included disclosures relating to climate risk, human capital, including workforce diversity and corporate board diversity, and cybersecurity risk and special purpose acquisition companies.
