Weaver Introduces Executive Leadership Coaching Services Under New Director, Roshmi Dalal

HOUSTON (April 22, 2025) – National accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, is pleased to launch its new Executive and Leadership Coaching Services (XLCS) led by Roshmi Dalal, consulting director. Building on the success of Weaver’s internal coach training program, WeaverLEAD, Roshmi will work closely with the firm’s chief talent officer, Linc Ashby, to offer a range of coaching services to Weaver’s clients nationally including executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, succession planning, well-being coaching and emotional intelligence coaching services.
Launched in 2022, Weaver’s internal coaching program, WeaverLEAD, set out to develop and invest in the firm’s growing teams through executive and leadership coaching for managers and above. XLCS extends the vision of WeaverLEAD by offering personalized coaching services for individual clients, small teams and companies of all sizes.

Drawing from a deep understanding of leadership development, executive coaching and effective communication, Roshmi has worked with top-tier organizations as an executive coach and mental resilience specialist, supporting and coaching clients toward personal and professional growth over the last decade.
Roshmi launched her career in audit at a former “Big Five” accounting firm as a certified public accountant (CPA) and accredited petroleum accountant (APA). Her background providing professional accounting services for Fortune 100 clients offers clients a unique perspective to her coaching methodology.

Roshmi is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a professional certified coach (PCC) and holds related certificates in executive coaching, positive intelligence and positive psychology. She holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas where she graduated with the highest honors.
