Connor Campbell

Connor Campbell has spent his entire career in the health care services industry. As a member of the health care practice within the valuation services division at Weaver, he develops fair market value and commercial reasonableness opinions for a range of entity types in the health care sector including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, surgery centers, imaging centers, dialysis centers, specialty and retail pharmacies and health care technology companies. Connor is experienced in advising clients in structuring compliant transactions and arrangements in consideration of various regulations including the stark law, anti-kickback statute and state-level fee-splitting prohibitions and corporate practice of medicine restrictions.

He has engaged with entities of all sizes ranging from solo physician practices to publicly traded companies with market capitalizations in excess of $100 billion. In addition to valuation and commercial reasonableness opinions, Connor provides his clients with various consulting services such as payor rate comparison analyses, including black box analyses) and FP&A support for health care transactions.

Connor earned his Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Saint Louis University.
