Meri Matevosyan

Meri Matevosyan, CPA,  has over 11 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit services for both public and private entities. Her proficiency encompasses financial statement audits, reviews and agreed-upon procedures for various financial services entities, including venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, real estate and fund of funds. With an understanding of valuing non-readily marketable holdings and navigating complex valuation and capital structures, Meri has successfully overseen financial statement audits for some of the world’s most prominent asset management firms, including audits for entities with assets under management ranging from $500 million to $75 billion. In her current role, Meri leads audit engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, regulatory compliance and providing strategic insights. She actively nurtures talent by overseeing the training and development of staff, while also serving as a crucial technical resource for clients and engagement teams. Meri is acknowledged for her innovative audit strategies tailored to the evolving demands of the investment fund sector.

Meri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
