Robert Regis

Robert Regis, ASA, has more than 16 years of valuation service experience. He is the Managing Director at Weaver Portland, Oregon, where he is responsible for a number of appraisal engagements, including appraisals for ESOP purposes. Robert’s broad range of experiences and disciplines include mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax reorganizations, gift and estate planning, and transfer price valuation services in accordance with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines and under Section 482 and regulations thereunder.

Robert is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is an accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation. He is also a member of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Association (ESOP Association). Robert graduated with a Master of Science degree in financial analysis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, both from Portland State University.
